MySovereign is the home of managing your tenancy and it makes it easy to pay your rent online. It's been recently rebuilt and the new site is faster, more reliable and more user-friendly. We're going to be introducing new services over the coming months too, so watch this space. It's easy to register or log in here.
Please remember to make your payment in advance so that we receive it before your rent is due.
You can also view your rent statements on MySovereign. Choose to download a statement for the last month or the latest three, six or 12 months. If you need a statement going back further than this, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your rent-clear weeks
For those of you on a 48-week tenancy, your rent-clear weeks are 19 and 26 March 2018. If you’re struggling with arrears on your account, please make your payments as normal. All the money that would have gone towards your rent will go directly to clearing your arrears instead – but to you it will feel just like any other week. That’s just two rent-clear weeks but several steps closer to a debt-free future.
Later on in the year, there will also be rent-clear weeks starting on 17 and 24 December which will apply for both 48-week and 50- week tenancies.
More about rent and service charges
We use the rent and service charges we receive to provide services and carry out improvements to your home and estate. That's why it’s important you keep your payments up to date.
Please don’t forget, your rent needs to be paid in advance. This means you should be paying your rent at the start of each week you’re in your home, not the end.
If you pay fortnightly or monthly, you should be paying at the start of these periods. You can download a copy of our 2018-2019 rent 48wk payment calendar or 2018-2019 rent 52wk payment calendar for reference. (2017-2018 calendars are available in resident publications).
Not paying in advance yet, or struggling to pay your rent? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can set up a plan to get you paying your rent in advance and give you advice if you’re worried about your rent.
