Making a complaint

We do everything we can to deliver quality services to you, but sometimes things go wrong. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, we want you to tell us so we can try to put things right and improve what we do.

You can complain to us about things like:

  • the services we provide, or which are provided by our contractors
  • the condition of your home, and
  • the staff or contractors who work for us

Use our online form to tell us about your complaint, or contact your local office.

When we receive your complaint we’ll get in touch with you, and check what you think we could do to help put things right. Then we’ll contact you again within five days to tell you what we’re going to do about it. We’ll treat everyone fairly, and explain exactly what we can and cannot do.
