Our performance

We believe in providing a good service to our residents, our communities and our partners. To keep you informed we produce an annual performance report, as well as publishing a formal Annual Report and financial statements 2015/16 [adobe pdf / 7 MB].

We measure and monitor six performance priorities throughout the year. To help us make sure we are on track, we report on these priorities every three months, and at the end of the financial year.

Making a difference 

Our Residents’ Council and regional panels play an important role by looking at our services and prioritising actions on a local level. They feed into a central Residents’ Council, which considers services across the business.
