Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
It’s really important that all our residents and employees 'keep safe and don't pass it on', so please keep checking the government’s latest advice on what you can do to keep yourself and others safe. We’ve also carried out a risk assessment to make sure that we comply with the government’s guidance on managing risk and being ‘Covid-19 Secure’.
We understand it’s a difficult time for many people, but it’s really important that you continue to pay your rent to avoid future financial problems and large debts. If you’re having difficulty making your payments, we do need you to speak to us as soon as possible so that we can help.
We have experts you can talk to about paying rent and managing debts, claiming benefits, finding work and any other financial concerns, so do get in contact.
As restrictions gradually lift, we're reintroducing more services. This includes lettings, mutual exchanges, routine repairs and some planned maintenance programmes. And we’re working in some new ways to provide these services safely.
